August 31st, 2015: Albany, New York – GCOM Software (GCOM) is pleased to announce that the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) has selected GCOM to provide a Criminal Record Repository Management System (CRRMS) product and system integration services to modernize their statewide Computerized Criminal History (CCH) System. The implementation contract runs for 3 years, with an additional 5 years of maintenance and support.
GCOM will work with the FDLE team to design, configure, customize, and implement the CRRMS to meet Florida’s CCH Solution Goals and Objectives. The completed system will provide FDLE with improved operational efficiencies, a modern user experience, robust reporting facilities, extensive system audit trails and monitoring, and a sturdy application security platform.

Sept. 5th, 2012:The top public-sector technologists and projects in New York were recognized for outstanding leadership and innovation at GTC East: The New York Digital Government Summit 2012 event in Albany. Presented Wednesday, Sept. 5, the awards were selected by the Center for Digital Government, a research division of e.Republic, the parent company of Government Technology magazine. GCOM employees Prasuna Canakapalli and Gopikrishnan Shunmugam were part of the New York City Department of Transportation team that received “Best In-House Developed Application” for their work on DASH Wireless Street Construction Inspection System. DASH is a web-based street construction application that expedites the reporting process for DOT inspectors reviewing construction sites.
